I use Wordpress. It is great and easy to use, but it doesn’t matter what platform you use. You HAVE to add original content every sigle day to get to the top of the SERPS.

Another Great post. I swithched to the wordpress platform around a year ago which has a different permalink structure than what I used before and man did that make a difference. Static websites are a thing of the past in my opinion…

The ones that still seem to do good have a blog attached to them.

I have seen how much easier it is to rank in the search engines with a blog just recently.

I’d been promoting a standard website on its own domain for many months, building links etc. I slowly started to get some long tail searches to it.

I started a blog about six months ago, and I was getting more traffic to it only after about ten posts!

Search engines still love blogs for the reasons you have given. And this will go on indefinitely, I think.

Blogging really has helped our search engine ranking and our sale conversions. I would also like to add that with a service like Aweber, you can have your blog posts automatically sent to your newsletter list and to Twitter.

That is very informative. I never thought that a certain word can be indexed at Google as fast as 6 minutes. SEO are really helpful these days. Speaking of search engines, why not increase your traffic more by using travelhqr.com? It easy and simple to understand. It will help a lot exposing your website.

I do not think this time of Google Love for Blogs is over. I have lauched a blog last month and the pages got indexed very quick. I think if you use the Google-XML-sitemaps plugin it really helps you with indexing your blog.
