One thing about Communispace that should be noted - it is only as good as its facilitators. I have been a member of two panels, Hallmark and Kraft, and they were so poorly run by people who could not utilize English grammar consistently nor correctly, that I ended up leaving the Hallmark one vowing to never buy one of their products ever again and it's beginning to look bad for the Kraft site. When will companies realize that discerning consumers who have a high disposable income are generally educated? If a company cannot hire and keep employees who can write a decent sentence or tell the difference between affect and effect, then it is a company that I do not trust as a member of the buying public. How can I trust a company incapable of spelling words right? Or one that allows surveys and publicity to be released with language errors? I cannot and I can guarantee my money is going elsewhere.
