		<description>There is a time-wasting danger in virtually anything if you think about it.

Allowing employees to bring in a newspaper is dangerous - they may read it at their desk on company time. Or a mobilephone - what if they take a phone call or reply to text messages from their friends!

Like anything in business life, they can pose a threat. But if they&#039;re over-regulated, it can also dampen or take the gloss off the opportunity.

By the way, can I just say how absolutely delighted are with the blog (and site) you have designed and advised on for us.

We are all absolutely amazed at how good it looks (by the way, Mark didn&#039;t do the copy, so if it&#039;s not to your taste, then don&#039;t blame him - that was our choice!).</description>
