		<description>Great post Mark. I&#039;ve just started blogging and found RSS difficult at first. Then once I had installed an RSS reader, I use Wizz RSS on Firefox, it all seemed to fall in to place. I suggest people should install the reader first, subscribe to some other blogs or news sites, whatever, to get a really good understanding of its power.</description>
